He brings a robust background in corporate strategy and entrepreneurship, having founded two startups and led large-scale capital formation efforts. At his previous company, Gevo, he received over $1.6 billion in funding commitments and led an equity process of over $800 million. Prior to Gevo, Staab played a key role at Fortune 10 company, Phillips 66, managing corporate investment strategy.
